Having Your Own Identity-Kwan

Why is personal identity important? What is the value of having differences?

Imagine if everyone had the same name, age, and same face. If everyone’s identity was the same, there would be only one kind of thinking and only one way of doing things; meaning there will be no arguments in this world. Even if there are no arguments, we should still be different because if everyone was the same, there is no need to talk to each other, and the world would be very confused. If anyone was going overseas, there wouldn’t even be need to have a passport; in fact, there wouldn’t  be any countries and speaking only one language. When everyone is different, there can be jobs, countries, men, and women in this world. When there is identity, you can make friends and get to know new people, you get to talk to others, and learn new ways to do new things which are easier and better than before. If there was only one identity, there are no new ideas and human beings are going to go extinct because there is only one gender(no reproduction unless everyone was to be hermaphrodites).
