The Music. This music shows how every event in the story comes to a bad end. Going to meet foster Parent but on the way her brother dies. Meets nice foster parents bu leaves her biological mother. The tone in the music is mainly is sad and has a lot of rest which indicates that the rest is good but music is sad.

Dew's Music Tone

This music tone describes Liesel's feeling. At the time when his brother died she felt very sad. Then when Liesel met her foster parent she felt better. Her foster parent took care of her very well and she is happy with them. When Liesel had a nightmare her foster father is there for her and took away the fear.

Arrival on Himmel Street Kwan


Breaking news


Wartime is heating up the land and people have died, this sad incident happened on the train with two orphans who were separated from their parents by life and death. A young girl Liesel Meminger and a six year old boy Werner travelling with a mother.They are heading towards Munich, to their new home and their new parents, foster parents. However, on the way there, the boy Werner had not survived the trip and passed out in the cold. He had been buried outside where the train had stopped. When the train went on and got to Himmel street, Liesel got into the car and sat quietly. Poor girl, she must still be in shock of how her brother had died earlier while she had arrived safely at the Hubermanns' feeling sorry that he didn't get to know how nice their new family was.

The book thief, Liesel  Meminger, and her brother were traveling to Munich. She dreamed about Adolf Hitler. After, the dream her brother, Werner, died. They were drop in a town on the way to Munich to bury Werner. The gravedigger dropped a book from his pocket, The Grave Digger's Handbook, and Liesel took it. Then, they continue their journey to a town called Molching and live on the Himmel Street with Hans and Rosa Hubermann but Liesel didn't want to get out of the car until Hans Hubermann take her out in a quiet way. I think, she's happy and sad at the same time because her brother just died so she's feeling sad. After meeting the Hubermann at the Himmel Street, I think she should be feeling happy because she met Hans and Rosa Hubermann. Hans Hubermann is a nice and gentle person.

Arrival at Himmel Street Tab

     Breaking News


When she was arrived at Himmel street which is in the town called Molching, Leisel met a man. He was weird looking man. On the last chapter, she and her brother was on a train. Her brother Werner died on  the train. Anyway Leisel went to himmel street to meet her new foster parents. Their names were Rosa and Hans. Not a while a go. Werner was buried and during the funeral she received a book called “The gravedigger’s book”.

When Leisel went to bury her brother she met one of the gravediggers who eventually drops a book and Liesel picks it up. Liesel’s new mom and dad live on Himmel Street. Liesel meets her new parents, Rosa and Hans. She had to stay with her new parents because her mother is sick and her dad is taken away to be a communist or something. Liesel has a nightmare about her dead brother. She wakes up at night and screamed, but then her step father would come and comfort her. One night after the Nazi Party Liesel had another nightmare about her dead brother again and she wets her bed. Her step dad came to make the bed and he found a book that liesel got from the gravedigger, the book is called “The Grave Digger’s Handbook.”

Liesel Memingers little brother has passed away on the train to Himmel Street.  Reports say that there was a sudden coughing fit they after a while nothing as the boy lay dead on the train floor nobody noticed but his family.  Liesels family was dropped of t the next town where they would then bury her brother.  On the snowy floor Liesel found a certain book named "The Grave Digger".  After Liesel and her mother said their goodbyes she went to her foster family The Hubermans but didn't have the heart to tell them her brother has died.  Liesel refused to get out of the car but eventually did and went in to her new home.

Breaking news! Liesel Meninger arrived in an unknown town with her brother dead. 


She is on her way to meet her new foster parents with her 6 year-old brother. Liesel, about to turn 10 soon, is on the train with her dead brother and a pair of guards. In her dream, she was attending a rally of Adolf Hitler. She looked at the skull colored part of his hair and his square mustache. She stopped dreaming and woke up. Her route to Munich was stopped due to faulty track work.

                                      After the death of her little brother on the train, they arrived at himmel street her foster mother took the book thief to her new home. The buildings seemed to be glue together. She tried to sneak into the gate and Hans hubermann, her step father stopped her by one hand. He had a suitcase was a small book, the grave digger's handbook-a twelve step guide to grave-digging-success.

Small Liesel Meminger has reached to her foster parent. She was very excited until her excited until she saw her foster parents. Her new parents did not look that good to her so she was scared to go in but her step-father dragged her in to the house. Her step father was tall and strong and with a cigarette in his hand. He looked a bit scary to the poor Liesel.

Why Liesel came to Himmel Street?
Liesel and Werner were on the train traveling to Munich to see their foster parent. On the way there Liesel knew that her brother died and didn't make it to the place. So she arrived on Himmel Street feeling sad and lonely that her brother died. The time when Werner buried she had found the Grave Digger's Book and took it and that book is belong to the grave digger who had dropped it.

Liesel felt sad about her brother but when she met her foster parent she felt better. Her foster parent also help supporting her and make her feel better. :)

Description of Teetat Tableau



Tableau

This tableau is human right No. 3. Human rights No.3 is that human have the right to live and be safe. In this picture we are breaking human right No.3. We should not broke the rule because ALL HUMAN begin in this planet have the right to live! People should not being kick around like this picture!

Article 6 :This is a picture where everyone does not have the right to live. Everyone lives in fear and a lot of people will die. One person has more power than others because he has a gun. We all live under the fear and that is not how a human should live.

Article 20: This picture is telling that people are fighting over to join groups. They are being forced in a way that is demanding so the person sitting on the chair has no choice but to follow what the person with the gun say.

This first tableau is about the opposite of article 3, which says that every one has the right to life, liberty and security of person. In this scene, I am pointing my gun at Louis and threatening him. If there was no right number three, the world would feel unsafe.

If there wasn't article number twenty four, everyone has to work all day and all night without rest. This picture shows how everyone is working hard but Tony, as a boss he can sleep all day. Article 24 is to be able to rest, have holidays, get paid, and have limited working hours.

This is a tableau that simulates what would occur if there was no UN (United Nations) Human Rights Article 3 or if there was a violation of it. Article 3 says that all human beings have the right to live, with freedom, liberty and security. Pictured at the left, two figures have "guns" aimed at each other. At the center, in the foreground, someone is lying on the ground being beaten up by another person. In the background, two figures are aiming "guns" at someone who is on their knees at the ground with hands over his head. Without Article 3, there will be bloodshed, chaos and insecurity worldwide.

Article 24 states that everyone can have reasonable amounts of time to work and rest and everyone can choose what job they aim to have. Pictured from right to left: A person is looking around for information while two people are working on a computer. Three people are also working on a second computer while the boss is the only one who rests while his employees work extremely hard with no time to rest.

 This Tableau is about being treated equally and to not be treated as anything else such as an animal or and object.....etc. We have to treat each other in the same way, for example treating a person in a respectful way and another person in a slavery way.

    This tableau is about being able or having the right to choose your own group and you don't have to be forced to be in a certain group. We cannot force each other to be in your group if they don't want to. For, example if someone forces you to be in a group and if you don't they will kill you. So everyone has the right to choose their own group.

Catty's Tableau Description

Article number 3 says that "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person." which means, everyone has the rights to be safe. In this picture above show us how our society will be without this rule. As you can see, Catty is beating up Teetat. In the real world Catty doesn't have the rights to bully Teetat and Teetat has the rights to stay safe, but without the rules Teetat can't do anything about it. Sorry bro


Article number 24 says "Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay." In the picture shown above we've shown that how would our society be like without this rule. Everyone would be working for 24/7 without having a break.

In this picture it shows that every one is in in Jail two people which is Jett who is coming in and Ohm the police officer. The other like Hannah, Angie, Poon and Me are sleeping in the jail. This shows every one were proved were thrown in Jail.

So this picture represents that everyone has right to Education. Jett doesn't have education but Ohm, Hannah, Angie and me do. Poon is the teacher

 Article 11

This Article 11 explains that everyone has the right to be presumed innocent and not accused guilty until proven guilty at court. In this tableu, a police officer (Ohm) is taking an innocent person (Jett) to prison, because he seems guilty to the police officer. He doesn't take the innocent person to court first, he takes him to prison immediately.


Article 26

The Article explains that anyone, black or white, rich or poor, should have a right to education. We should grow up to know what is right or wrong. In this tableu, the teacher (Poon) is teaching her students (Hannah, Angie, Tarush, Ohm) the subject. But in the side, in the back of the teacher, an innocent person (Jett) is crying because he doesn't get the education.

Article 11

In this tableau is showing how the world would be like if there is no Article 11 or if there is no court ,no right to presume innocent. Police would be catching people in jail even though they have no guilty at all. He just randomly put people in jail and they can't do anything at all.   



Article 26

Article 26 is right for everyone to have education. In the photo is showing that many children are learning happily but one kid crying in the corner, he don't get to learn because he is poor.

For the above image, it shows that people have the right to not be forced to join a group. The 3 people are forcing the one sitting to join the group while the other 2 are telling her to join and pointing the gun on her head.

Tableau 1: Article 3 Everyone has the right to live with safety and freedom.
The whole world is going to become dangerous and unfair. Everyone can legally kill anyone, since there's no human right for this. As you see in this photo, the world is treacherous and risky. People are killing each other freely. Jo and Tony are fighting brutally and I'm getting point by two people with AR. Teetat can't even survive and he's treated as a dog. Everyone is getting kill and life is unfair.

Everyone is having trouble while working from not enough sleep and too much work. Without this article, everyone will have to work so that the owner will have worth it amount of outcome and a lot of profit. As you can see everyone is working hard and sleepy. Tony is sleeping while working and let other people work because he didn't have enough sleep and Lucas is mad because he have to clean the laptop all day. Everyone is tired and wanted to rest .



Hannah's Tableau


This First picture is a picture of a world where there is no court the 11th Article of the Human Rights do not exist.  The picture show some people in jail and a person going to jail.  The people in the photo did not get to go to court so they are now in jail wrongly accused of being the criminal.






This second picture is a picture of a world where Article 26 does not exist and not every one gets a chance at education.  The people on the right side of the photo are getting a good education while the person on the far left of the picture does not get a chance at education and is left out.

 The first photo is me holding a gun. It's about article 11. People have rights to go to jail and if they did something wrong they have the right to go to jail and have custody.

The second photo is Poon being a teacher, teaching students. Except Jet; Jet is a boy that doesn't have a chance to learn. It's article 26. It's about everyone has the rights to learn and have knowledge. So even poor people in Africa have the rights to learn.

Article 6 On The Human Rights

Article 6 is about everyone need too be treated as a human and not an animal. Without this right everyone can treat everyone how they want. They can treat everyone as a slave and kill them if they don't do what you tell them. This picture shows Pou and Tab ruling Mue, Dew, Emma, and Harry. Everyone is nearly dead because they did not do what Pou and Tab told them to do.

Article 20 On The Human Rights

Article 20 is about anyone have a choice to join that group or not to. Without this right the person that don't want to join that group but that group want him to join and if that person is not join we will kill her. This picture is showing us that the group is forcing a girl to join their group and if she refuse to join the group we will kill her. The group includes Pou, Mue, Emma, Tab, and Harry and the girl that is getting forced into the group is Dew.

                 These are my group's freeze frame assignment on the human rights. The first photo is that "you have  the right lo live" In this  photo, it is chaos, people killing each other and people under slavery and Teetat is lying on the ground dead. Photo 2 represents that everyone have the right to rest and not work all the time for someone else. In this photo Tony is resting, while me and Lucas is working. This is an example when the human right isn't happening, everything is not fair, Tony is bossing around and resting while everyone else is working hard

This tableau shows what it would be like without human right.
This right is about people treat one another the same and not treating them like animal, but without this rule it is going to be in the picture.
In this picture people is dead. One person is treating another person badly and was trying to force him to do something or else will be kill.





This rule is about people have the right to be together and not forcing them to, and without this rule people will be like this picture.
People are trying to force me to be in the group that I don't want to. They're forcing me to join in the group and if I don't they'll kill me. The people in the group also trying to force me to be in their group.
