To belong to something is a very important thing to be able to hold on because by having friends, parents or other people to help and deal with problems you are facing will decrease your stress. For example, if you are struggling with your grades at school you will be stress, therefore you should release the stress inside your body and by talking or expressing with words to other people will decrease your stress. Different people will also try to help with the problem you are facing, in this case you are struggling with bad grades, therefore your parents might be taking you for a tutor class or your friends might help you study. This will affect on your social health because if you actually belong to some place, you will be able to solve different problems that you are facing easier.
This is why you it's necessary to belong to somewhere or something because you can't only have good physical and mental health, your overall health also includes social health. Then, you should be keeping your good social health continuously by many different ways such as belonging to somewhere. Not only that people can try to help you to solve different problems but they can also help you to decrease your stress. However, you should choose wisely that which society that you should be belonging to because if you belong to a bad society, it might make your social health worse.
